The Innholder's Hall, City of London
A candle-lit evening hosted at the Innholder's Hall in the heart of the City of London.
The Innholder's Hall was rebuilt after the 1666 Great Fire of London, being completed in 1670. The earlier front doorway, the Old Court Room, and the magnificent Dining Hall have been little altered since.
Cadogan Lodge have exclusive use of the venue for the evening, dining in the oak panelled Great Hall, with pre-dinner drinks served in the Old Court Room.
Herbert Berger, three times Michelin starred chef will be overseeing the evening's dinner. He crafts contemporary, classic and seasonal cooking using carefully sourced ingredients.
Herbert has previously worked at the Connaught Hotel, Claridges, Head Chef at the Mirabelle and Executive Chef at the Cafe Royal. He received his first Michelin star at the Connoisseur, followed by a star for the Grill Room at the Café Royal.
In 1998 he became Chef Partner at 1 Lombard Street and was awarded a Michelin star for the restaurant.
From 2012 he provided exclusive catering to Innholders Hall, positioning this unique Livery hall as the destination for fine food in the square mile.

The Frockettes will be providing the evening's entertainment. They are a sassy, close-harmony acappella singing trio bringing you numbers from the '30s to the '60s.
The wines have been selected by the Master of Cadogan Lodge - being a Buitenverwachting Sauvignon-Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot blend. He was personally involved in the production of both wines, in Constantia, South Africa.
